All funds must be deposited from a valid source and in the name of the registered account holder. No third-party funds may be used without Kg999’s express consent. If an account remains inaccessible or unused for six (6) consecutive months, Kg999 may impose a monthly maintenance fee of €10 from the 7th month onward, deducted from the account balance while positive and the account remains inactive. If inactivity continues beyond six months, Kg999 may close the account and confiscate the remaining balance. Reinstatement or recovery of funds will be subject to Kg999’s recovery processes and may require re-verification.
Winnings are credited to the account holder who must meet verification and withdrawal requirements. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC checks and available payment methods. Kg999 is not responsible for tax obligations, including any tax arising from winnings, and you are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction of residence.

Upon termination, remaining funds in your account may be forfeited or returned at Kg999’s discretion, subject to applicable law and business considerations.
