General Bonus T&cs

Overview

Kg999 offers bonuses subject to these general terms and conditions. By accepting any bonus you agree to these terms in addition to any offer specific terms. In the event of conflict the offer terms prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Definitions

• Bonus means incentive funds or free spins granted by Kg999 and recorded in a separate Bonus Balance.
• Bonus Funds are non withdrawable balance used to place wagers until converted or forfeited in accordance with these terms.
• Wagering Requirements are the number of times the bonus funds must be wagered before any winnings may be withdrawn.
• Eligible Games are games that contribute toward wagering requirements as described in these terms or the offer terms.
• Non Eligible Games are games that do not contribute to wagering requirements or that may void bonus eligibility.
• Cash Balance is the funds available for withdrawal after any wagering or conversion of bonus funds.
• Active Bonus means a bonus that has been claimed but not yet fully wagered or converted.

Eligibility and Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where Kg999 operates under applicable gaming laws.
• You must hold a Kg999 account in good standing and have completed any required identity verification (KYC) before withdrawal of bonus related winnings.
• Only one account per person is allowed. Shared devices do not guarantee eligibility; Kg999 may require additional verification where necessary.
• You must meet any minimum deposit or other eligibility criteria stated in the bonus offer to qualify for a bonus.
• Self exclusion or other restriction status voids eligibility for bonuses.

Bonus Types and Acceptance

• Bonuses may include Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses and Free Spins offered on eligible deposits or promotions.
• To receive a bonus you may need to make a qualifying deposit and opt in to the offer. Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Balance and are non transferable between accounts.
• Bonuses may be subject to offer specific terms published with the offer, including expiry and wagering requirements.

Claiming and Using Bonuses

• Bonuses are claimed by opting in to the offer and fulfilling any deposit criteria stated in the offer terms.
• Once credited, bonus funds are available for wagering in accordance with these general terms and the offer terms.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements and conversion rules to Cash Balance.
• Bonuses are not withdrawable as cash until all wagering conditions are satisfied.

Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions

• Wagering Requirement: 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Contributions to wagering: Slots 100%, Video poker and certain arcade games 50%, Table games 20%, Live Casino 0% unless stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Time to complete wagering: 30 days from the moment the bonus is credited. If the requirement is not met within the period, the bonus funds and any associated winnings expire and are forfeited.
• Change in game weighting or eligibility may occur; Kg999 will publish any material changes on the site.

Time Limits, Expiry and Cashing Out

• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated period and any unused bonus funds will be forfeited.
• After meeting wagering requirements, bonus funds may be converted to Cash Balance subject to cashout restrictions and maximum payout limits stated in the offer terms.
• There is a cap on the maximum cashout from bonus related winnings, set at €500 or currency equivalent, unless otherwise stated in the offer terms.

Maximums, Restrictions and Wagering Caps

• During wagering on an active bonus, no single bet may exceed €5 or 5% of the bonus amount, whichever is greater.
• Some games may be excluded from wagering contributions or subject to different contribution rates; a current list of eligible and excluded games is available in the promotions hub and may be updated from time to time.
• Stadium bets and automated or suspicious play patterns may be treated as suspected bonus abuse and liable for removal of bonus funds and related winnings.

Bonus Abuse and Compliance

• Kg999 prohibits bonus abuse including collusion, multi account creation, systematic exploitation, and any activity intended to gain improper financial advantage.
• Kg999 reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate accounts and to void or reclaim bonus funds and winnings if abuse is detected or suspected.

Withdrawals and Cashouts

• Withdrawals are subject to verification and the successful completion of wagering requirements where applicable.
• Bonus funds may be converted to Cash Balance only after meeting wagering requirements in accordance with these terms and offer terms.
• Withdrawals may be subject to payment method verification, processing times and limits; Kg999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing.

Responsible Gaming

• Kg999 promotes responsible gaming. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits and time limits where available, or request temporary self exclusion.

Verification and KYC

• KYC checks are required before first withdrawal and periodically thereafter. Acceptable documents include government issued identification, proof of address and payment method verification.
• Processing times for verification may take up to 3 business days after submission, subject to verification checks. Fully verified accounts may experience faster withdrawal times.
